SHIPPING AND EXCHANGES
UNITED STATES shipping takes 4-6 business days on average. Once your order is placed allow 24-48 hours for order to be fulfilled and shipped. Domestic orders are sent USPS 2-3 day Priority Mail which you will receive tracking for via email. Shipping rates are calculated based on quantity at time of checkout.
On occasion we do not have the entire order printed and we have to print the shirt to order. In these cases the order may take slightly longer to get to you. If this happens, we will make every attempt to notify you of the issue.
INTERNATIONAL shipping takes 7-21 days, (CANADA typically 6-10 days) once package is mailed and on rare occasions may take longer when going through your country's customs. International orders are shipped via Standard Mail. In the event your country's customs is delaying your package shipment, this can delay shipment by up to 4-6 weeks. Once the package leaves the US, we have no control over how your country handles the package. By ordering from a country from outside the United States, you’re doing so at your own risk. If you live in a country that has a reputation of disallowing imports to pass through customs without issue, you are assuming the risk of whether you receive your order as expected. We cannot control the practices of international Customs criteria, nor we intervene when a problem has arisen. Also, please note that in some cases your local countries customs may charge you taxes and/or other fees. We are not responsible for those fees!
Jason and Jessica Fitness is not responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims with Carrier. Jason and Jessica Fitness is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of USPS, FedEx, and/or UPS.
*Any Domestic order returned back to us for either having an insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc., Customer will have to pay for reshipment of package. We do not cover/reimburse for shipping costs in regards to a return/exchange.
**Any international order returned back to us for either having an insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc., Customer will have to pay for Express shipping.
*** International orders returned back to us for either having an insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc., can take 8-12 weeks and in rare cases more, from time of purchase to receive back to our headquarters in The United States.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We understand that returns/exchanges can be necessary and that we must meet reasonable expectations when these situations arise. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase please allow us to assist you with your order. We deal with returns on a per item basis. There are varying restocking and service fees. If you wish to make a return please contact us to discuss the matter first before sending back your items. We do not cover shipping costs for returns/exchanges.
No returns or exchanges after 30 days.
We do not accept items to be exchanged that were already previously exchanged.
