I Hope you all enjoyed your Valentine's Day my loves! For anyone that's currently dieting or prepping for a show, Valentine's Day is basically the death of you. It takes our favorite thing on the planet, stuffs it with caramel-nougat goodness, packages it in a beautiful heart and socially obligates your loved one to buy you tons of it. So if you survived the holiday without overindulging all the chocolates you can shove in your mouth without anyone looking than bravo to you! I just wanted to give you a recipe of something I made last week that got me through the holiday without feeling too guilty about eating a few...or a dozen. They are moist, rich, yummy brownie cupcakes and honestly they were delicious and very easy to make! Hope you try it out, happy baking!!

Whatchya need:

(makes about 18 cupcakes.. I know random amount- a dozen just wasn't enough)

-1 ¼ cup Almond flour

-2/3 cup Oat Flour 

-2/3 cup Stevia (or coconut sugar)

- 1 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

-2 eggs

-1 ¼ cup Almond Milk

-¼ cup Plain Greek Yogurt

-½ Tbs Baking Powder

-1 cup Natural Crunchy Peanut Butter

4 Steps, Super Easy

1. Preheat oven 350 degrees F

2. Mix all the dry ingredients and then mix in all the wet until well blended .. in a large mixing bowl (duh)

3. Fill cupcake tins about half-way and throw in the oven for about 17 min (do the fork test thing to make sure they are done-I think my oven is cray)

4. Eat all of them... rather wait for them to cool.... and then eat all of them :)
